• Foreground Service Monitoring: The App utilizes a Foreground Service with type specialUse to ensure continuous sensor data collection and alert generation even when the screen is off.

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted to oracle-hub-backend.hf.space uses TLS 1.3 encryption.

Vertex Sentinel ("the App") is a health monitoring application developed by Vertex Coders LLC. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal and health data when you use our Wear OS and Android applications.

02. DATA WE COLLECT

The App collects the following data from your wearable device sensors:

• Heart Rate (BPM) — real-time via wearable sensors
• Blood Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) — via wearable sensors
• Stress Level — estimated via heart rate variability (HRV)
• Accelerometer data — for fall detection

03. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

Your health data is used exclusively to:

• Display real-time vital signs on your device
• Detect anomalies and generate health alerts
• Send anonymized data to our AI backend for medical protocol generation
• Generate immediate health recommendations via Gemma 4 AI

04. DATA TRANSMISSION

Health data is transmitted to our backend hosted on Hugging Face Spaces (oracle-hub-backend.hf.space) via encrypted HTTPS connection for AI analysis. Data is processed in real-time and not permanently stored on our servers.
